It all started on March 6th. Then the whole family celebrated 1 year and 7 months of Alice together. That was their tradition.
Living on the subway for a month
We were drinking tea and eating cake when an air strike hit our house. And then another and another. There were three in total. When I looked at the clock, it was 18:25,” Zina’s mother said.
Then it was too late to run outside, because there was a curfew. So the family moved to the bathroom to spend the night. It was very cold, people were warming themselves against each other, and the house was shuddering from powerful explosions.
The woman tried to cover her little daughter's ears so that she would not hear the explosions.

The daughter's health forced her to run away from Kharkov
She is grateful to the volunteers and everyone who was hiding in the subway with her. “We have become one family,” she said. Mrs. Zina added that she would not have run away if it were not for her daughter's health.
Her body without the sun, without normal food, normal life, having certain problems, began to fail. One day, she simply stopped getting on her feet, – said the mother of the child.
Then, after 15 minutes, they decided to go. Now they are in Lviv, in the Okhmatdyt children's hospital. There, little Alice is gradually put on her feet.
Zina is grateful that her family is alive. She is sure that Kharkov will stand. And for her daughter she wants a future without explosions. He knows that a rocket can hit the same place twice.
