In addition, the power system is still recovering from previous a series of enemy rocket attacks that caused damage to the power units of power plants. As a result, the production of electricity at operating power plants cannot fully cover the consumption.
For technical reasons, one of the blocks of thermal power plants was taken out for repairs. Accordingly, as Ukrenergo says, the amount of electricity produced in the system has decreased.
