Earlier, Volodymyr Zelensky reported that his team was working on the possibility of meeting with Trump on the sidelines of the event.
– I am planning. Honestly, I don’t know what will happen. The teams are working on it. Yes, there are plans to meet, – the Ukrainian president said.
In addition, a trilateral initiative involving Ukraine, NATO and the European Union is envisaged during the summit. Negotiations between the ministers of foreign affairs and defense industry of the Alliance member states and Ukrainian representatives are also planned.
