The German company Rheinmetall plans to supply Ukraine with tens of thousands of ammunition, Leopard tanks, Marder infantry fighting vehicles, Skynex air defense systems and other military equipment during 2024-2025.
In a message, Rheinmetall notes that they are capable of supplying the Ukrainian Armed Forces with a large number of new medium and large caliber ammunition, in particular, 20 mm for the Marder infantry fighting vehicle, 40 mm ammunition, 105 mm for the Leopard 1 tank and 120 mm tank ammunition for Leopard 2.
What equipment will be transferred to Ukraine
Rheinmetall claims that by the end of 2023, about 40 thousand out of 300 thousand rounds of 35-mm ammunition for the Gepard anti-aircraft tank have been manufactured and delivered. The company will supply the Ukrainian Armed Forces with tens of thousands more shells in 2024.

According to the plan, Rheinmetall is to supply Ukraine with a large amount of 155 mm ammunition. Spain's Rheinmetall Expal Munitions will produce the projectiles, which are due to be delivered during 2025.
In 2024, it is planned to deliver Marder infantry fighting vehicles, 24 Leopard 1A5 main battle tanks, five armored recovery vehicles, two Leopard 1 tanks for training. Another 14 Leopard 2A4 will be transferred on behalf of the Netherlands and Denmark.
According to Rheinmetall, it is planned to supply Skynex air defense systems, a second rescue station (NATO Role 1 standard), and SurveilSPIRE defense against drones.
In Ukraine they are already carrying out maintenance and repair work on military equipment. At the second stage, they plan to produce armored vehicles in Ukraine. For example, we are talking about Fuchs/Fox armored personnel carriers, Lynx infantry fighting vehicles and Panther main battle tanks.
