A boy died under the ice in the Kyiv region
As the head of the Main Directorate of the National Police in the Kyiv region Andriy Nebitov said, in Belogorodka, an 11-year-old boy Vitalik left home at 15:30 and only three hours later the parents discovered that the child had disappeared.
Later, the body of a third student class was found under the ice of a local reservoir.
I express my deep condolences to the parents and relatives of the deceased, – said Nebitov.

The police also urged all parents to take their children's leisure time seriously:
“Carelessness and frivolity can have irreparable consequences and cost lives,” Nebitov emphasized.
