The company reports technical problems and is working to resolve them.
— Today, a technical failure occurred in our network, as a result of which communication services and Internet access may be unavailable for part of the subscriber base,” they said in Kyivstar.
For now, subscribers are recommended to use national roaming (more on that below).

How to connect to another operator's network:
1. Disable auto network selection:
- on Android: Settings — Mobile Network (or Connectivity) — Operator;
- on iOS: Options — Cellular Data — Network selection.
2. Find and select an available network: Vodafone UA, UA-KYIVSTAR or LIFECELL.
