Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of Development of Communities, Territories and Infrastructure Alexander Kubrakov told reporters about this.

How to connect to another operator's network:
1. Disable auto network selection:
- on Android: Settings – Mobile network (or Connection) – Operator;
- on iOS: Settings – Cellular data – Network selection.
2. Find and select an available network: Vodafone UA, UA-KYIVSTAR or LIFECELL.

4. Check if you can call/send SMS.
The Ministry of Digital Transformation reported that national roaming does not work because the Kyivstar network cannot transmit information about its subscribers to other operators.
