Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko thanked partners from Munich and other German cities for the donated equipment. The city received 12 reanimobiles, 8 fire and rescue vehicles and other equipment.
The mayor of the capital spoke about the assistance received in his social networks. The equipment will work not only in Kyiv, but also in the suburbs liberated from Russians.
“Today I handed over 12 reanimobiles with the most modern equipment to Kyivmedspetstrans, which, at my request, were presented to us by Munich – our sister city. Also, various German cities handed over 8 fire and rescue vehicles and necessary equipment to Kiev, in particular, we received a car with fire escapes, a tank truck, hydraulic tools and equipment for clearing rubble and saving people, generators, hydraulic shears, power tools and special protective clothing for firefighters. rescuers. Thanks to our German partners and friends for helping Kiev and Ukraine,” Klitschko said.
The mayor of Kyiv noted that the new equipment is being used in the liberated suburbs of the capital.
And today the city handed over all this to the units of the Main Directorate of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in Kyiv.
