Local channels report that in some areas of Kyiv the streets are flooded. In particular, on Garmatnaya Street a waterfall allegedly appeared due to heavy rain.
The Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center warned of dangerous weather conditions in the Kyiv region and in the capital.

It was noted that such weather conditions could complicate the work of energy, construction and public utilities services, as well as create problems for traffic.
In addition, the Kyiv City State Administration (KCSA) reported that due to bad weather, the main flag of Ukraine will be lowered temporarily in the capital. This is necessary to protect the banner from possible damage.
“The flag will remain at half-mast until weather conditions improve,” the Kyiv City State Administration added.
