There are no plans to introduce the Israeli localized threat warning system in Kyiv.
The head of the Kiev city military administration, Timur Tkachenko, stated this in an interview with Ukrinform.

In early May 2023, testing of the Israeli early warning system for the threat of missile strikes began in Kyiv.
It identifies rockets of all types and predicts where they will fall, thus reducing the area where residents may be in danger. It also calculates how much time people in dangerous areas have to find shelter.
And in November 2024, the Ukrainian Ambassador to the State of Israel, Yevhen Korniychuk, stated that Israel had provided Ukraine with everything necessary to launch an early warning system, and this process was already in its final stages.
