Snow in the capital is removed by more than 3.5 thousand public utilities. Mayor Vitali Klitschko said that as of the morning of January 31, all the streets of Kyiv were cleaned for the safe passage of vehicles.

According to weather forecasters, on the afternoon of January 31 in The Kyiv region is predicted in some places light snow with rain. There will be sleet on the roads in some places.
