The visit of the head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba to the PRC brought closer a potential meeting of the heads of state.
This was stated by the speaker of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Heorhiy Tykhyi at a briefing on Tuesday, July 30.

— Did the negotiations, the visit of Minister Kuleba to China bring closer a potential meeting of the leaders of Ukraine and China? Undoubtedly, they brought closer. But when such a meeting will take place, when this agreement will be reached, is too early to say, — he said.
According to the speaker, the Ukrainian-Chinese dialogue is developing very dynamically, especially this year.

Answering a question about a possible visit to Ukraine by Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the speaker also said that “work on contacts, meetings, telephone conversations, visits is ongoing”.
— Diplomacy never stops this work and the search for opportunities to organize a meeting of leaders. This work is also ongoing now. But I do not want to get ahead of myself. Therefore, I will not disclose additional details for now, — the speaker indicated.
Recall that on July 24, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba arrived in Guangzhou (PRC) and held talks with Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi.
They discussed ways to stop Russian aggression and the possible role of the Chinese side in achieving peace.
