German Foreign Minister Annalena Berbock believes that negotiations with the Kremlin on peace in Ukraine are impossible. Now there is no opportunity to negotiate with Russia. The minister stated this in an interview.
“What can be negotiated with those who are not ready to agree even with the Red Cross on humanitarian corridors for the evacuation of civilians,” Burbock emphasized.
She added that she had not spoken to her Russian counterpart Sergei Lavrov since the start of the full-scale war. Burbock would like to say: “Come on, Sergei, let's negotiate peace.” But she doubts that he even has the authority to resolve such issues.
