The Institute for the Study of War noted that the Kremlin could not reach an agreement. Russia has not yet decided what the official version of the explosions at the Saki airfield in Novofedorovka should be. And this, of course, only plays into the hands of Ukraine.
The Kremlin's versions differ significantly
Analysts emphasize that the explosions in more than 225 kilometers from Russian positions at the frontbrought a lot of trouble to the Russians. We are talking not only about the destroyed enemy aircraft and structures. Here, rather, we are talking about destabilization within the military departments.
Let's start with the most obvious. According to satellite imagery, the “pop” was responsible for the destruction of at least eight enemy aircraft. And this already contradicts what the invaders reported earlier. They noted that not a single aircraft was damaged.

Soon, the Russian war correspondent Rybar told a different version. On August 10, he noted that the explosions at the airfield were not due to a missile attack. The reason for this could be negligence, as well as non-compliance with safety rules at the facility.Or it was because of a small helicopter with a bomb that attacked a nearby parking lot. The last hypothesis is trying to hide the scale of the explosions in Saki, which actually set fire to cars parked in a parking lot near the airfield.
The enemy does not understand what happened
