“I have studied the case materials in depth, and all the declared suspicions are legal, justified and confirmed by the results of forensic examinations,” the Prosecutor General emphasized.

He added that he had spoken with one of the company's lawyers, who reported that he had conducted his own examinations.

“I assured you: we will definitely review all the evidence, and if necessary, we will appoint a comprehensive examination. So far, everything points to an impartial pre-trial investigation,” Kravchenko clarified.

The Prosecutor General also reported that he had ordered an investigation into all criminal proceedings against companies in the infrastructure sector.

— I have received the first data: proceedings have also been opened against other business structures, but the investigation is being delayed. The prosecutor's office will check all the facts related to construction, restoration and infrastructure contracts, Kravchenko noted.

Let us recall that in Kharkov the prosecutor's office and police exposed an organization headed by the former deputy mayor of the city. The participants of the scheme are suspected of embezzling UAH 5.4 million from the budget. This money was allocated for the construction of fortifications.

The criminal organization included five people: the organizer himself, two heads of enterprises and two private entrepreneurs. According to the investigation, the organizer, together with the director of one of the contractor firms, attracted other intermediary companies and entrepreneurs.
