— A comprehensive assessment of multiple intelligence sources shows that North Korea is preparing to rotate or increase its troop deployment (to Russia) while currently supplying 240mm rocket launchers and 170mm self-propelled artillery, — South Korea's Joint Chiefs of Staff (JCS) said.

They also point to signs that Pyongyang is moving to produce and supply kamikaze drones, first unveiled during Kim Jong-un's inspection in November, citing a move to gain practical combat experience and modernize its weapons system.

In November, North Korean state media reported that the North Korean leader observed tests of various types of kamikaze drones and called for full-scale production of the weapon, which is becoming increasingly important in modern warfare due to its cost-effectiveness.

At the same time, according to the Ukrainian Special Operations Forces, Russia is trying to hide the presence of North Korean troops in the war against Ukraine. To do this, North Korean soldiers are given false documents.
