As a result of massive shelling by Russian troops, Konstantinovka is on the brink of a humanitarian catastrophe.
The city is partially without electricity, gas and transport, the water supply is limited, and critical infrastructure is regularly hit.
The head of the Donetsk Regional State Administration, Vadim Filashkin, reported this.

Konstantinovka almost without electricity, gas and water
According to him, due to enemy strikes, almost half of the city was left without electricity.
In the Santurinovka microdistrict, 1.9 thousand houses still do not have gas; it is not yet possible to restore its supply due to damage to the infrastructure.
The situation with water supply is particularly difficult: water is supplied only once a day from 17:00 to 20:00, which is only 20-25% of the actual needs of residents.
In addition, due to constant drone attacks, city bus service has been cancelled. The suburban route to Druzhkovka operates in a limited mode, which makes it difficult for residents to move around.
Filashkin notes that the authorities are trying to provide at least the minimum needs of the population.
In particular, the city has 7 reservoirs and 11 water tanks, 12 wells are operating, 6 of which are equipped with purification systems.
There are 5 indestructibility points in operation, and 2 more are in standby mode.
Also, despite the critical situation, doctors, utility workers, police and local authorities continue to work in Konstantinovka.
However, the enemy continues to systematically destroy the city's critical infrastructure.
Earlier it was reported that the Russians were trying to surround Konstantinovka from three sides at once.
Now Ukrainian troops have concentrated maximum efforts in this direction to stop the enemy.
