The Shevchenkovsky District Court of Kiev re-elected a preventive measure for oligarch Igor Kolomoisky in the case of embezzlement of UAH 5.8 billion.
As Suspilny's correspondent reported, the judge changed the preventive measure in terms of bail. Its amount is now 3 billion 891 million UAH instead of 510 million UAH.
The prosecutor of the Bureau of Economic Security filed a petition to increase the amount of bail to 5 billion 877 UAH.

The prosecutor noted that Kolomoisky has renounced his Ukrainian citizenship and is now a citizen of Israel, and therefore there is a risk of hiding abroad, obstructing the investigation and influencing witnesses.
Recall that on September 15, Igor Kolomoisky received a new suspicion of three articles.
According to the SBU, in the period from 2013 to 2014, the oligarch illegally took possession of UAH 5.8 billion. To do this, Kolomoisky created a criminal group, which consisted of employees of the bank, where he was the founder and shareholder.
