The surveillance of the former people's deputy-traitor and collaborator Ilya Kiva before his death lasted not weeks, but several months.

A representative of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine Andrey Yusov spoke about this on the air of the One News telethon.

This is how he commented on the information that Kiva had been followed for at least three weeks.

– We can confirm that such subjects are being monitored. If we talk specifically about Kiva, we are not talking about three weeks, but about several months, — Yusov emphasized.

He added that Ilya Kiva was an important element of Russian propaganda.

Yusov explained that the collaborator “reached the Russian zombie audience very well”. Propagandists have repeatedly used it to support the Russian genocide against Ukrainians and to legalize various fakes.

Andrey Yusov recalled that Ilya Kiva was tried in Ukraine for high treason. According to the representative of the Main Intelligence Directorate, if the traitor “voluntarily surrendered into the hands of Ukrainian justice, he would now be alive and safe”.

– Actually, the same applies to all traitors, collaborators and war criminals, — Yusov warned.

This happened in the Velich Country Club suburban complex near Moscow in the village of Suponevo, in a rather deserted area.

According to preliminary information received by ICTV Facts from its own sources, this is an operation of the Security Service of Ukraine. However, there is no official confirmation of this.

Ilya Kiva was eliminated from small arms fire. Some Telegram channels claimed that the collaborator was killed with two shots – in the chest and in the head.

In Ukraine, Kiva was sentenced in absentia to imprisonment for 14 years with confiscation of property. The court found him guilty of high treason, public calls for an aggressive war against Ukraine and for a violent change in the constitutional system of our country.
