< p _ngcontent-sc89="" class="news-annotation">Ukrainian military continues to liberate Kharkiv region from occupation. On the eve it became known that the groundhog-soothsayer Timka, for whom the Ukrainians were worried, is alive and well.
As it turned out, the fluffy, along with other animals, was occupied by Russians in the village of Nesterovka in the Veliko Burlutsky community. It should be noted that our military liberated this settlement from the invaders during a successful counter-offensive in September.
There were two rangers in the occupation with marmots
It is interesting that not only Timka, but about 30 other marmots lived under occupation.Luckily, all the animals are doing well now. As Volodymyr Grubnik, Head of the Eastern Steppes Laboratory of the Faculty of Biology at Karazin University, noted, they were looked after. As it turned out, under the occupation along with the four-legged were their caretakers, Vladimir and Galina. They are, in fact, employees of this laboratory.
Surkov visited Grubnik last week. For the animals, he brought humanitarian aid, provided by the Red Cross.
Marmots have everything they need. Our people are alive and well, they took care of the marmots – Vladimir and Galina, they are employees of our laboratory, – Grubnik stressed.
According to the head of the department, it was thanks to the caretakers that the marmots were saved. Galina and Vladimir closely watched the animals. Therefore, the fluffy soothsayer himself and his relatives received everything they needed.
Hunger did not comprehend the marmots. In the fall of last year, they were provided with food. Then the animals got a whole ton of food. The fluffy ones themselves lived in cages during the occupation.

Timka feels Feeling good
Timka is all right, he is already getting ready to rest,” added Grubnik.
Note that Timka didn’t make any predictions . But, Vladimir hopes, in February, fluffy will have such an opportunity. He will do it at the biological station, as every year before the full-scale invasion of the Russian army into the territory of Ukraine.
Recall that in early September, a monkey escaped from the Kharkov Zoo. Caring townspeople decided to dress her so that she would not freeze.
The woman cautiously approached the animal. Because it was cold and rainy, she decided to dress her in a jacket. Soon the monkey was persuaded to return to the zoo.
