President Volodymyr Zelenskyy is due to meet with US President Donald Trump's envoy Keith Kellogg at the Ukraine Recovery Conference (URC) 2025 in Rome.

– It is unclear whether Kellogg will be joined by any members of Trump’s Cabinet or other White House-level officials at the forum. The State Department and the White House did not respond to requests for comment on the full U.S. delegation to the URC and the planned trip by Trump’s envoy, the reporters wrote.
At the same time, it is noted that Kellogg has planned a trip to the conference on July 10-11 as part of the US delegation, about which nothing is known yet.

The conference is also expected to include European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen, Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk, German Chancellor Friedrich Merz and other leaders. They will discuss how politics, business and international cooperation can help reconstruct Ukraine after its victory.
A number of American organizations, including the Atlantic Council think tank and the Washington-based Razom, which provides humanitarian aid to Ukraine, will also take part in the conference.
At this forum, the parties will agree, among other things, on mutually beneficial initiatives, including, for example, the recently announced joint production of American-Ukrainian drones.
