The leader of the occupied Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, has recently faded into the background. Instead, instead of him, the key role of the “cool pepper” is played by the leader of the Wagner Air Forces, Yevgeny Prigozhin.
The fact that Prigozhin became “cooler” than Kadyrov in Russia was told by Russian opposition politician Gennady Gudkov on Channel 24 . According to him, Kadyrov has been “sour” lately.
