In recent days, a very active training of the Belarusian military has been taking place. The Ukrainian military leadership and specialists allow different scenarios.
In particular, military expert Petro Chernik noted that the enemy should not be underestimated. He told Channel 24 about this.
According to him, the Belarusians have significantly increased the size of their armed forces. By the time of Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine, there were 44 thousand of them, now there are twice as many – more than 80 thousand.
In addition, almost all the armored vehicles that they had were removed from conservation. In addition, there is a huge Russian occupation contingent in Belarus.
In my opinion, junior Belarusian commanders who refuse to obey orders are being replaced by Russians. Especially at the level of platoon, company and battalion commanders. All in order to better manage the units, – Chernik believes.
