Russian President Vladimir Putin has two more large yachts found in his possession, which are now outside the aggressor country. We are talking about the 71-meter Victoria yacht and the 38-meter Orion boat accompanying the ship.

Journalists from the Dossier center spoke about this in their investigation. One of these ships is located at the shipyard of one of the NATO member countries, Channel 24 reports.

New finds in “Putin's fleet”

Journalists noted that the Victoria yacht is probably used by Alina Kabaeva, who is considered the mistress of Russian President Putin. The construction of this luxury vessel, intended for the use of the Russian dictator, was a long and complex process. Yes, construction of the yacht began in 2005 at the shipyards of the Sevmash military plant, becoming the first attempt to build a civilian superyacht for the President of Russia.

However, it was not until 2013 that the hull of the yacht was launched and sent to the ISA Yachts shipyard in Italy. Due to a lack of funds, work on the Victoria was suspended, as a result of which it was grounded for two years. The Turkish company AES Yachts took on the project to complete the project, and Victoria was launched in 2019.

The authors of the material emphasized that the initial financial support for the yacht was provided by businessman Sergei Maslov, who used his offshore Julesburg Corp in the British Virgin Islands. Maslov is known for his involvement in the creation of the “Syrian Express” fleet, which transported military cargo to the Russian base in Syria.

Maslov claimed that he was simply helping a close friend complete the construction of the yacht. We are talking about Putin’s close friend Gennady Timchenko, and it was through his structure that the Victoria yacht was registered, the value of which, according to customs declarations, is 50.1 million US dollars.

According to journalists, the Victoria yacht is now located in Istanbul at the Desan shipyards. This company is known for its ability to handle both civilian and military orders, building ships for NATO.

In addition, journalists emphasized that the long construction of Victoria prompted Gennady Timchenko to begin preparing another yacht, Scheherazade, intended for Putin. To implement this project, Timchenko sought financial support from Russian oligarchs.

Thus, journalists discovered 10 vessels, probably belonging to Vladimir Putin, which have already been dubbed the “fleet” of the Russian dictator.
