< strong _ngcontent-sc83="">Advisor to the Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Mykhailo Podolyak said that Istanbul allowed fixing a number of important treaty positions that Russia accepted for consideration.
According to one of the points, Ukraine will receive guarantees of mandatory entry into the single market of the European Union as a full member.
Mikhail Podolyak noted that this is extremely important regarding the financing of large-scale economic modernization programs and the rejection of excessive bureaucratic procedures on the way to join the EU.
He noted that the presence of the United States, Great Britain, Turkey, Germany and other countries nearby for signing many bilateral treaty – imposes many additional burdens on the Russians and allows Ukraine not to go for a complicated bilateral format.
