As soon as the German Leopard tanks arrived in Ukraine, the Russians already found something to brag about. They seem to have captured a combat vehicle along with a crew from Poland.
The corresponding fable is told by the so-called media of the pseudo-republic. In a message dated March 1, Channel 24 reports, it is said that by some miracle the occupiers were able to capture a German Leopard near Bakhmut.
Occupiers found “Polish mercenaries”
The icing on the cake of this ridiculous story was the crew. Yana Gagina, the so-called adviser to the head of the “DPR” Pushilin, said that not only the Leopard tank, but also the crew was captured. The relevant information was subsequently confirmed by Alexei Muratov, deputy secretary of the Donetsk branch of United Russia. Here we recommend reading his words.
As far as I know, the crew of the captured tank are Polish mercenaries. Poland generally shows maximum aggression and takes an even more anti-Russian position than other countries of the collective West,” Muratov complained.
Interestingly, the Russian Ministry of Defense has not yet commented on the statement about the “trophy” Leopard. And some military sources have expressed doubt that this is even possible.
The adviser to the mayor of Mariupol, Petr Andryushchenko, reacted well to this situation. He stated that “the Russians are degrading their imaginations exponentially. Haven't they taken F-16s preventively yet?” he added ironically.
Note that the Russians love to think about the loss or capture of Ukrainian equipment. Thus, the Ministry of Defense at one time counted many times more HIMARS destroyed than was physically on the balance sheet of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Be that as it may, but all this demonstrates that the enemy is very, very afraid of the equipment that partners are transferring to our state.
And there is nothing surprising here. It helps to multiply the losses of the Russians. So, as of the morning of March 1, 149,890 invaders were sent to the next world. Over the past day alone, 650 fighters of the aggressor country have joined the benches of the “200th”. Note that these figures are approximate. It is simply impossible to accurately calculate the destroyed enemies in the zone of active hostilities.
