It turned out to be an embarrassment, – Sheitelman said why Putin changed his nuclear rhetoric Petro Sineoky

Until recently, dictator Putin constantly talked about Russian nuclear weapons. But suddenly he stopped mentioning this topic.

Political strategist Mikhail Sheitelman told Channel 24 about this, noting that Putin did not shy away from constantly hinting at nuclear weapons. And his henchmen even directly threatened to strike Ukraine with them. Now this is no longer the case.

Why Putin Doesn't Remember Nuclear Weapons

As Sheitelman noted, in August, the Ukrainian Armed Forces began an operation in the Kursk region. And even in this case, Russia did not use nuclear weapons. Although they even changed the nuclear doctrine there.

Our troops entered the Kursk region, but there was no nuclear strike. They have no way to threaten with a nuclear strike now. What will they strike for? In exchange for a nuclear strike on Moscow? If you steal the Russian Security Council? Russian territory has been captured by the Ukrainian army. But nothing happened. In response, they came up with “Oreshnik”, – said Sheitelman.

In the end, there was one strange strike with this missile. The consequences of this attack in Russia were not reported much. Then in November, Putin actually threatened to launch a second strike with this missile. But over time, everything literally died down. He no longer remembers the Oreshnik either.

The Ukrainian Armed Forces Command rejects information from Forbes about an attempt to strike Ukraine with the Oreshnik for the second time. I think that the dismissal of Yuri Borisov from the post of director of Roscosmos is connected precisely with the Oreshnik. Roscosmos is responsible for this missile. And they were unable to launch it. This is another embarrassment for the Russians, Sheitelman noted.

Recall that Forbes reported that on February 6, Russia unsuccessfully attempted to strike Ukraine with the Oreshnik for the second time. However, no one has officially confirmed this information.
