Polish President Andrzej Duda stressed that sanctions against Russia should not be reduced. Moreover, there should be so many of them that Vladimir Putin himself wants to sit down at the negotiating table.
He stated this during the annual meeting with Polish ambassadors, organized by the Polish Foreign Ministry. Andrzej Duda stressed that the West should never repeat the mistakes it has already made before.
Sanctions against Russia should only be strengthened

Note that Ukraine is thinking about returning to the negotiation process. But assumptions are made very carefully, because our state still has an insufficient number of levers of influence. And without them, it is simply pointless to sit at the same table.
Arakhamia told when they can resume negotiations
Members of the negotiating group with Russia, David Arakhamia, as well as Rustem Umerov, named the conditions under which it would be possible to return to this process again. According to our representatives, this can be done as early as August.
Ukraine will be ready for negotiations when it can strengthen its positions at the front. At the same time, Arakhamia did not specify what exactly he meant. It is possible that he connects this with the successes that the Armed Forces of Ukraine will be able to achieve after the counter-offensive.
At the same time, there can be no talk of any negotiations. The Ukrainian team is now holding several telephone conversations with representatives of the aggressor country. At the same time, both sides are well aware that there is no ground for the opportunity to sit down at the negotiating table yet. Arakhamia noticed that our position is still quite weak. And until we can take control of the situation into our own hands, we should not even think about negotiations before that.
