The adviser to the head of the President's Office is convinced that the moment has already come when Russians have questions about their standard of living as a result of the war. In particular, this happened when the number of Russians who are in favor of and against the continuation of hostilities became equal.
Arestovich says that there are 3 categories of people there: doubters, “against negotiations”, “for negotiations”. Therefore, the politician is sure that it is impossible to mobilize under such conditions.
They do not want to spend money on the war either with a penny or with their own lives. – said Arestovich.
He believes that there will be no more terrible events than February 24. Russia does not have enough resources for this. On the other hand, Ukraine is more prepared.

However, Vadym Skibitsky, a representative of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ukrainian Defense Ministry, says that the occupiers are not going to personify such threats in the near future. Without a declaration of war, there will be no general mobilization either.
