Ukraine continues to receive weapons from partners. However, this is not yet the amount that can help significantly and powerfully repulse the Russian invaders.
If at least the priority batch of MLRS was in the amount of 24 pieces, this is already the unit that is in the East can influence and begin to change the situation. Alexander Musienko, head of the Center for Military Legal Research, told Channel 24 about this.

This process is going on anyway. I think that this pause, which we are now seeing regarding the supply of weapons, this vacuum that has formed for a while, it will certainly move from its place, – said Alexander Musienko.
In his opinion, changes may occur after of the next round of discussions within the framework of the Ramstein-3 format.
“Definitely, I think we will hear about the new package and not only from the United States,” added Musienko.

What is known about the meeting of “Ramstein”
- It is known that the first meeting at the Ramstein air base in Germany took place on April 26, 2022. Defense ministers from 40 countries gathered there to discuss support for Ukraine in the war with Russia.
- Head of the President's Office Andriy Yermak commented on the first results of the meeting. He noted that positive signals of unity are already being heard from Ukraine's allies.
- The Rammstein-2 online meeting took place on May 23. It was joined by representatives of 4 more countries of the world. They discussed the situation at the front in Ukraine, the military assistance already provided, as well as the urgent defense needs of our state.
- The third meeting of the Contact Group on Defense of Ukraine or “Ramstein-3” will be held in Brussels on June 15. Defense Minister Alexei Reznikov hopes that after it our state will receive heavy weapons.
- Besides, in front of Ramstein-3, Alexei Reznikov, Valery Zaluzhny and US Ambassador Bridget Brink discussed preparations for the meeting. They noted ways to maintain the pace of supply of necessary weapons to Ukraine.
- The situation at the front could be changed by 1,000 155mm howitzers, 300 multiple launch rocket systems, 500 tanks, 2,000 armored vehicles, 1,000 drones.
