Russia has stated that Israeli mercenaries are fighting alongside the Armed Forces of Ukraine in Mariupol. Experts say that now Israel will “drop” neutrality and will help Ukraine. It is also possible that the Kremlin is deliberately provoking Israel.

Political scientist Igor Chalenko told Channel 24 about this.

According to him, Israel has indeed begun to provide some assistance to Ukraine , including equipment.

“Israel is already one step away from lifting the relevant bans. But as far as an offensive malfunction or their air defense is concerned, it's too early to talk about it,” he added.

Igor Chalenko assures that, in view of anti-Semitic policy of the Kremlin, it is clear that Israel will not be silent.

I have the impression that the Kremlin has now staked on the Arab countries. He will probably even provoke Israel to help Ukraine more. And the more Israel can help, the better, the political scientist believes.

At the same time, political scientist Vladimir Fesenko notes that Israel will act cautiously. According to him, they are afraid that Russia may give weapons to Palestine and Iran.
