The attack is now over. The Jerusalem Post initially reported 400 missiles. However, the publication subsequently edited the report, now stating that Iran fired 180 missiles at Israel. The Israel Defense Forces reported that the attack is now over and people can leave their shelters. They also indicate that the air defense system intercepted enemy missiles. “The explosions you hear are the result of shells being intercepted or falling. The air defense system is currently identifying and intercepting the launches,” the statement said. The IDF has released a video of Iranian missiles flying toward the Old City of Jerusalem, a holy site for Muslims, Christians and Jews. Aftermath of the attack They note that, preliminarily, there was a direct hit on a building in the north of Tel Aviv, on George Weiss Street, however, according to the Israeli Defense Ministry, there are no casualties. At least, there has been no data on this yet. Several other hits were recorded in Tel Aviv, as well as in Dimona, Nabatim, Gore, Hod Hasharon, Be'er Sheva and Rishon Letzion. Iran said the attack was a response to the assassination of Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah, and if Israel responded, it would “receive a strong blow.” CNN writes that the Israeli government “was in a bunker” during the attack. 0 comment 0 FacebookTwitterPinterestEmail alex previous post Iran Attacks Israel: More Than a Hundred Missiles Launched next post Shooting of soldiers in the Pokrovsky direction: VoxCheck analyzed the video You may also like Reserve IDF Lieutenant Colonel Reveals How Israel Fended... 02.10.2024 Shooting of soldiers in the Pokrovsky direction: VoxCheck... 01.10.2024 We are working to speed up the decision... 01.10.2024 Following the example of Japan and Korea: Lithuania... 01.10.2024 Priority will be given to domestic production: Estonia... 01.10.2024 New NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte names Russian... 01.10.2024 Mark Rutte – the new NATO Secretary General:... 01.10.2024 Rutte officially became NATO Secretary General: in a... 01.10.2024 US makes statement regarding Israel's invasion of Lebanon 01.10.2024 Preparing to sign a dangerous deal: ISW explains... 01.10.2024 Leave a Comment Cancel Reply Save my name, email, and website in this browser for the next time I comment.
