The head of the Luhansk Regional State Administration noted that the Russians are planning an attack on Liman. But Gaidai assured:“Russians stop where our defenders stop them”.
The official added that now the Armed Forces of Ukraine are on the defensive, but when they receive heavy weapons, they will be able to counterattack and defeat Russian troops.
