On the night of August 22, the Russian invaders once again shelled Kharkov. Arrivals were in the Kievsky district of the city.
A correspondent Anna Chernenko spoke about the situation in Kharkov and the region of Channel 24. According to her, during the night the Russian invaders hit the Kyiv region several times.
A shell hit a residential building
On the evening of August 21, the occupiers fired multiple rocket launchers into the housing sector of Kharkov. One person was injured there – he had an explosive injury.
At about 3 in the morning they again staged in the Kyiv region, but in a different place. This time it was 2 rockets from Russian Belgorod. It is known about the arrival at the infrastructure facility, but, fortunately, there were no casualties or injuries.
The invaders also hit the Kharkiv region: Lozovsky, Kharkov, Bogodukhovsky and Izyumsky districts were under attack. And close to the front line, strikes were recorded on a huge number of weapons – tanks, MLRS, and aircraft.
In some directions, the Russians tried to break through. The military says they are looking for the so-called “thin” places in the line of defense, but, fortunately, there are none. We hope that we will not only keep the infidels, but also advance and take what is ours,” Chernenko noted.
Elderly people are seriously suffering in the zone, which is located near the front line. For example, in the village of Leshchenko, fragments from a shell hit a 74-year-old man. And an 83-year-old woman was injured in the Zolochevsky district.
The curfew was temporarily changed in Kharkiv
On August 22, the curfew in Kharkiv will begin at 19:00 and end at 7:00. From August 23, the curfew will last a day and a half – from 19:00 on August 23 to 7:00 on August 25.
Recall that in Kharkov they completed the removal of the rubble of the hostel on Saltovka, on which 17 August Russian invaders launched their rocket. 19 people died there. It is known that people with hearing impairments lived in this hostel.
