Yury Sobolevsky, the first deputy chairman of the regional council of Kherson, spoke about this on air on Channel 24. All also added that the humanitarian situation in the region is very difficult and there are very big problems in the work of hospitals.

However, Sobolevsky says that the mood of Kherson residents is powerful, and they are waiting for the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The locals believe that they will soon be freed from the occupation and believe in Ukraine.
Russia may annex the Kherson region
