Occupiers attacked a cafe in Nikolaev, – Kim
Russian invaders continue to destroy Nikolayevshchina. On the night of April 23, as a result of night shelling, a local cafe was damaged.
The head of the Nikolaev Regional State Administration/OVA Vitaly Kim spoke about this in the morning address. He noted that there were no casualties.
Vitaly Kim said that no one was injured during the night shelling of Nikolaev. Multi-storey residential buildings were damaged, an abandoned cafe building was destroyed.
