Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky ruled out joining NATO in parts.
He said this during a press conference in Kyiv on Tuesday, December 19.
— NATO is the most powerful option for us; we are not invited to NATO. And signals about the partial participation of some (territories, — Ed.) are frankly nonsense… We have never received such an offer from any of the partners. And it’s very difficult to imagine how this could be… Let's imagine what will happen if part of Ukraine is in NATO. These are high risks for us. I am sure that if part of Ukraine is in NATO — you heard the signals about Finland, this means that he (Putin, — Ed.) will enter, and a war with NATO will begin, — emphasized the head of state.
