Russia has begun large-scale transfers to the front of the military, who were called up during the “partial” mobilization in the fall of 2022. It was at the location of those in Makeevka that the Ukrainian HIMARS hit.

First of all, in order to peel coordinates, you need to have access to communications universities. And they have been operated by Russian operators there for 8 years, – Oleg Zhdanov emphasized.
According to him, Ukraine does not have access to this equipment. In addition, if you use radar stations for reconnaissance, then Ukraine does not have stations that would “see” at such a great depth to “see” these mobile phones.
“Therefore, the most likely version is our intelligence. Ours or our partners. Moreover, I have already said that we actually tracked this convoy from the border with Russia,” the military expert said.
So, he sums up, intelligence clearly saw where this convoy with Russian mobilized military men was going and where it stopped.
