We remind you that in accordance with the Law of Ukraine On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine Regarding Certain Issues of Military Service, Mobilization and Military Registration, citizens of Ukraine registered for military service were required to clarify their residential address, communication numbers, email address and other personal data within 60 days from the date of entry into force of this law.
For those who are in Ukraine, you can update or enter data in person by arriving at the TCC and SP at your place of military registration or place of residence, or through the Reserve + application.
If the Reserve+ application displays a message asking a person to contact the TCC and SP, this may indicate a failure or such data is not accurate.
The status Needs clarification means that the citizen is in the Oberig register, but is not assigned to any TCC. To do this, you must contact the TCC at the place of registration and provide the necessary documents. You can quickly sign up for an electronic queue at the TCC using Rezerv+.
