According to the published “plan” it provides for a freeze on the war along the current front line and a non-aligned status for Ukraine until 2040. At the same time, the Russian Federation does not object to Ukraine’s accession to the EU. In 2040, referendums will be held: on the foreign policy course of Ukraine and referendums on all territories occupied by Russia.

The primary source of messages is a Telegram channel controlled by the Russian intelligence services

According to the adviser to the head of the OP, for the first time such information was disseminated by the Russian Telegram channel, which is controlled by the Russian intelligence services.

— The information appeared on March 23. It is surprising that the messages were further distributed in Novaya Gazeta. Europe and pro-Russian Telegram channels, — noted Zarivna.

It was noted that back on March 22-23, rumors almost identical to Novaya Gazeta were spread by the MediaKiller, ZeRada and Legitimny channels, which the Center for Countering Disinformation and the SBU included in the list of hostile propaganda channels.

Why is the Russian Federation spreading disinformation

— It looks like the Russians are saturating the information field with disinformation and trying to shift the focus with fakes before the upcoming summit in Switzerland to achieve peace in Ukraine, — noted a representative of the President's Office.

She added that Russian disinformation “cannot lead us astray from the path to peace on Ukraine”.

Ukrainian Peace Summit in Switzerland

The Swiss government previously officially announced a high-level Peace Summit to consolidate global support for President Volodymyr Zelensky's Peace Formula, which aims to end Russia's war against Ukraine.

The summit will take place on June 15-16.
