In Kyiv, a man stabbed a military man multiple times after an argument and threw his body into a pond. The attacker has already been detained by law enforcement officers.
This was reported by the press service of the Main Directorate of the National Police in Kyiv.
According to the investigation, the serviceman was supposed to go to the hospital in his own car, but on the way he stopped by his comrade for documents. Since then there has been no contact with him.

During the meeting, a quarrel arose between them over debt obligations. The attacker pulled out a knife and stabbed the victim in the neck, chest and head. When he was convinced that the soldier had died, he decided to get rid of the body and hide his traces.

The police said that the attacker put the body of the deceased in a sleeping bag, wrapped it in plastic wrap and took it out of town in his own car and threw it into a pond.
“The forensic expert found about 15 stab wounds on the body of the deceased,” said Andrey Kichuk, head of the criminal investigation department of the Kyiv police.
The attacker turned out to be a 31-year-old resident of the Vinnytsia region, who is accused of robbery on two women in the Vinnytsia region. It is reported that he was detained in accordance with Art. 208 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of Ukraine and was placed in a temporary detention center.
The defendant was informed of suspicion under Part 1 of Art. 115 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine – intentional murder. The suspect could face up to 15 years in prison. The pre-trial investigation continues.
