At the same time, India believes that achieving results in establishing a stable peace can only be achieved by uniting the efforts of all parties to the hostilities.

—  We continue to believe that such peace requires the unification of all stakeholders and sincere and practical interaction between the two sides of the conflict, — indicated in the message.

Indian diplomats noted that they are focused on understanding different points of view, approaches and options to find a path to ending the war — including from Russia.

— In accordance with this approach, we have decided to avoid association with the Joint Communiqué or any other document adopted as a result of this summit, — summarized by the Indian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

In addition to representatives from New Delhi, Saudi Arabia, Brazil, and Thailand refused to sign the document following the summit.
