The symbolism of the airport
The Crimean bridge has been the subject of discussion in the media many times. But the airfield “Saki” was not discussed. It turned out that both objects are quite symbolic for Ukraine.

It makes no sense to talk strategically and tactically about special operations planned by the military. Why tell the enemy what we have in mind? But talking about things that can cause panic in Russian society is the right behavior. Podolyak explained.
He stressed that the Russians in Crimea are an occupying society. There is a military part of the occupation and a public part of the occupation, which simply took buildings and houses from Ukrainians.
Crimea is Ukrainian territory
It is important to understand that Crimea is the de jureter of Ukraine, in full. According to the adviser to the head of the Presidential Administration, for some time our partners believed that this territory was de facto completely controlled by Russia, so we need to be careful that any hostilities take place there.
Such an interesting and demonstrative incident at the airport “Saki” demonstrated that Crimea is indeed Ukrainian territory, there will be a war of de-occupation. For 5 months, the partners wanted to talk about anything, but not about Crimea. Today they understand that this is a part of Ukraine that should be released, – said the adviser to the head of the Presidential Office.
Yes, it is said about the legal correctness of Ukraine during the liberation of the peninsula. This awareness, Podolyak emphasized, is very important, because it will change the narratives that are in the political elite of our partners.

- As a result of the “hot” events, the invaders were seized by panic. Russian tourists began to flee en masse from the peninsula, forming kilometer-long traffic jams.
- Russians cannot decide on the “official” version of the explosions in the occupied Crimea. First, ammunition was detonated in them, and then fire safety equipment was violated.
