According to the mayor of Zhytomyr Sergey Sukhomlin, the enemy attacked the city with the help of Iranian drones.
It is known that the enemy attacked Zhytomyr with martyrs, hitting the substation. As a result, the city was left without electricity and water.
In Zhytomyr there is no water and electricity in some houses. The situation is difficult, but, preliminary, there were no victims, – the mayor of the city said.
We add that the Russian military launched a missile attack on Ukraine. It is known that arrivals at power facilities were recorded in 10 regions of our state. The representative of OK “South” Natalya Gumenyuk noted that the occupiers predictably attacked energy infrastructure facilities
According to her, the enemy did everything to lull our vigilance. For example, the occupiers tried to pretend that nothing was happening by bringing all the rocket carriers to the base points.
During the night of March 9, the enemy made 81 missile launches, including 20 launches of Caliber sea-based cruise missiles and 6 Kh-47 Kinzhal launches.
