Today, martial law and general mobilization continue in Ukraine. In some cases, the summons of a man liable for military service may be cancelled.
There must be a good reason for canceling the subpoena. Colonel Roman Gorbach, Head of the Personnel Department of the Headquarters of the Ground Forces Command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, spoke in more detail about this in a commentary to the Military Media Center. >According to Gorbach, the issued summons can be canceled if the man liable for military service has a reservation or grounds for a delay.
Repeatedly there were cases when the summons was handed over to persons who had a reservation or a deferment from mobilization. Such Ukrainians must have the relevant documents with them and submit them in order to avoid serving the summons,” the colonel noted.
To cancel the summons after receiving it, you must appear at the military registration and enlistment office and provide the relevant documents confirming the presence of a reservation or deferment.< /p>
