A man fired at public utilities with a hunting rifle/press service of the National Police
Police officers in Vinnitsa detained a 63-year-old man. He fired at public service employees, as well as at KORD fighters from a hunting weapon.
Law enforcement officers received a notification of shots on Sunday, April 10th. After the crime, the 63-year-old man closed himself in his own house.
