On Thursday, January 23, an accident involving an employee of the Central Directorate of the SBU occurred in Vasylkiv. As a result of the incident, a minor was injured. The official has already been given a preventive measure – detention.

On January 23, in the city of Vasylkiv in the Kyiv region, a traffic accident occurred involving an employee of the Central Directorate of the SBU.

As a result of the incident, a minor pedestrian was injured. The victim was quickly taken to the Okhmatdet NSDB.

According to doctors, the boy was given all the necessary assistance, and now his condition is assessed as satisfactory.
Investigators from the State Bureau of Investigation and the National Police have already opened a criminal case regarding the accident. The SBU official has been remanded in custody.
The Security Service responded to the incident by emphasizing that it considers such actions of the employee unacceptable, facilitates an objective investigation and provides comprehensive assistance to law enforcement officers.
We recall that earlier in Dnipro another traffic accident ended tragically: at an unregulated pedestrian crossing, a car hit two children born in 2016.
One child died, the other was hospitalized for medical help.
