4 more militants of L/DPR terrorist organizations were sentenced to real terms of imprisonment. They face 10 to 15 years.
Malefactors as a part of the Russian occupying forces were at war on Kharkov, Lugansk and Donetsk directions. This was reported in the Security Service of Ukraine.

In particular, enemy received a sentence of 14 years in prison “radio-telephone sniper” who was captured by the Ukrainian Armed Forces in Momotovo, Kharkiv region.
So, a 23-year-old Russian citizen, mobilized from Donetsk, fought against the Ukrainian army in a separate rifle and sniper platoon of the 3rd battalion of the 115th regiment of the so-called “DNR2 of the Russian armed forces.”
In his unit, he was responsible for field communications and provided access control at checkpoints in the area of the settlements of Vesele, Kutuzovka and Momotovo. Participated in hostilities near the village of Bobrovka.
The militant was captured along with his platoon during the liberation of the village of Momotovo, the secret services noted.
The court recognized guilty of on two counts:
- participation in a terrorist group or terrorist organization;
- participation in paramilitary or armed formations not provided for by law.
Another militant, a native of Anthracite, a shooter of the 208th regiment of the so-called “LPR People's Militia”, soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine were taken prisoner during the fighting near the city of Rubizhne in the Luhansk region. Given the fact that the militant is a citizen of Ukraine, he was charged with high treason for defecting to the side of the enemy during the armed conflict. He is now sentenced to 15 years in prison on three counts:
- high treason committed under martial law;
- participation in a terrorist group or terrorist organization;
- participation in illegal paramilitary or armed formations.
Two other captured militants were sentenced to 10 years in prison.

It also turned out that the former miner had not been working in his specialty for quite a long time. Since 2006, he has been convicted three times for drug trafficking. The last time he quit his job was only in 2021 and immediately joined an illegal armed group. Another militant is a resident of the village of Zimohorye, Luhansk region.He fought as part of the so-called “2nd Army Corps” of the Russian occupation forces on the territory of the Lugansk and Donetsk regions. Before the war, in December 2021, he was mobilized and he already got to the front as a “shooter”. He began his “combat experience” with the assault on Ukrainian positions in the Kremennaya area. After the occupation troops captured Severodonetsk, he participated in the “cleansing” of the city – breaking into and robbing the apartments abandoned by the residents. In early August, in close combat in the Soledar region, Ukrainian defenders captured him along with six other militants of the so-called “2nd Army Corps”, while the rest of the units were destroyed.
