Governor Gusev says that allegedly “as a result of the fall of one UAV, an extension to the utility room at the industrial enterprise was damaged.”

It is known that Ethanol-Spirt produces ethyl alcohol and various animal feeds from ethanol production waste. This enterprise is one of the most powerful in Russia; in 2021, it was modernized for a total of about 1 billion rubles. According to Russian media, Ethanol-spirt mainly works on Russian government orders.
