In Minnesota, 28-year-old Julissa Thaler, after an argument with her son, killed him in cold blood with a gun. Eli Hart was only 6 years old.

The child lost his life only because he did not want to sleep. For disobedience, an aggressive woman took the boy out of the house, took a gun with her, put him in a car, drove him to a secluded parking lot in Lake Minnetonka Regional Park, and shot the boy nine times.

Murder woman planned

However, the woman did not manage to walk free for a long time after the crime. Minutes after reporting that someone was driving with a broken window and a flat tire, Julissa Thaler was pulled over by police five miles from her home. They noticed a large ball hole on a bloodied car seat, and found the body of a boy in the trunk.

The police also later found other things of the child and evidence of the murder. In particular:

  • a guy's backpack with worksheets and homework for kindergarten, signed with the name of the murdered man, was found in the trash along the route of the car,
  • blood on the clothes and skin of the woman, which, according to the examination, belonged to her son.

However, this is not the only horrific evidence that has been revealed. Law enforcement officers found that prior to the murder, Julissa Thaler searched the Internet for information on how to load a shotgun, what life insurance pays out in the event of the death of a child, and how much blood a six-year-old person can lose.

What threatens Julissy Thaler

The media also reports that back in 2021, a woman was deprived of the right to custody of her son. This happened after the Department of Human Services learned that she was “experiencing psychosis and hearing voices” that ordered her to kill herself.

Because of this, the little boy was given to a foster family, however, unfortunately, two weeks before the murder, Julissa won full custody of her son in court. It is known that the court found the woman guilty of the cold-blooded murder of her son. She now faces life in prison without parole. The verdict is to be announced on February 16.
